Eight months after the groundbreaking ceremony, GANSHORN was able to celebrate the topping-out ceremony for its new building.

After an intensive construction phase lasting around eight months, 200 tons of steel used and over 1400 cubic meters of concrete used, the company GANSHORN Medizin Electronic, currently still based in Niederlauer, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its new building in the “Am Altenberg” industrial estate in Bad Neustadt. Numerous guests from business, politics and the region were gathered to celebrate the completion of the shell of the new warehouse and the glass office building.

“The topping-out ceremony is an important moment for us, which not only celebrates the progress of the construction, but also the close cooperation with our partners and craftsmen,” said Mirko Gadza, Managing Director of GANSHORN, opening the celebratory event. This was followed by a traditional topping-out speech by Ciprian Trisca, who, as foreman of the construction company Glöckle, then raised his glass to the client, everyone involved in the construction and the entire tradespeople.

Alfred E. Schiller, company founder and president of SCHILLER, emphasized the outstanding collaboration with the architects, engineers and tradespeople, “who are driving the project forward with a lot of commitment and expertise.” Schiller also praised the solution-oriented work of the local businesses in his speech. So far, some challenges have been overcome thanks to the unbureaucratic support of the city of Bad Neustadt.

The construction project includes a light-flooded office building for a modern working environment and a production hall with around 5800 square meters, which will be built using the latest technology. Construction work is expected to last until the end of 2025.
